Regional Offices

To ensure access to its service to the workers, the Associated Labor Unions has four (4) Regional Offices, each headed by a Regional Vice President or Area Representative:

Bro. Cecilio R. Seno, Jr.

Luzon (est. 1967)

The Luzon office marked ALU’s presence in the country’s largest island, extending support to workers in both industrial and service sectors. Luzon’s main office is in Quezon City, with district offices in Bataan and Pampanga to strengthen organizing and representation in key economic zones.

Central Visayas (est. 1954)

The first ALU regional office is based in Cebu, anchoring the union’s historic roots and growth. With district offices in Dumaguete and Eastern Visayas, it continues to expand access to union services for workers across the Visayas islands.

Mindanao Area

The Mindanao Area brings together ALU’s presence across the island, reflecting the union’s commitment to serve workers in one of the country’s most dynamic regions. With strong roots in both Northern and Southern Mindanao, the area covers workers in key agricultural, industrial, and service sectors.

Northern Mindanao (est. 1968)

Established to serve the growing workforce in Mindanao, the regional office, based in Cagayan de Oro, provides organizing, education, and representation for workers across Northern Mindanao’s diverse industries, from agriculture to manufacturing.

Atty. Rina Eusebio - Dalam

Southern Mindanao (est. 1969)

Rooted in the region’s agricultural and industrial hubs, Southern Mindanao’s office ensures workers’ access to ALU programs and services. Its South Cotabato district office reinforces outreach in the southernmost communities of the island.
