The National President and the National Executive Vice President are the Chief Executives of the Union, collectively known as the National Executive Officials (NEOs). They are responsible for the day-to-day operations of the organization, including implementation of directives, instructions, policies, plans, and programs from and/or promulgated by the Board and the Congress.
