ALU Hotel Cubao serves as a key training and welfare facility of the union, providing comfortable lodging, conference rooms, and dedicated spaces for education and organizing activities. Its function hall, the Bulwagang Manggagawa, is used for trainings, workshops, seminars, union events, and other learning activities that support the continuous development and well-being of members.

ALU Hotel Davao functions as a regional training and welfare hub, offering lodging, conference rooms, and a multi-purpose function hall for trainings, workshops, meetings, and union activities. The facility supports capacity-building initiatives and provides a safe and accessible space for members in Mindanao to engage in education and organizational work.

The ALU Beach Resort provides a conducive environment for trainings, workshops, and retreats, combining learning spaces with lodging facilities. Its location makes it accessible to members in Northern and Central Luzon, supporting education activities while promoting rest, reflection, and member welfare.

The ALU Lake House is a smaller-capacity facility designed for focused trainings, workshops, and planning sessions. With lodging and a dedicated training venue, it offers a quiet and supportive setting for education activities, team-building, and member development programs.

The Mariners’ Court is a joint project of all the All Japan Seamen’s Union (JSU), the Associated Philippine Seafarers Union – Associated Labor Unions (APSU-ALU), the International Mariners Management Association of Japan (IMMAJ), and the Philippine-Japan Manning Consultative Council, Inc. (PJMCC).

The Mariners’ Court is also a training and accommodation facility that supports union education and organizational activities. It is equipped with conference rooms, training venues, and lodging, providing a functional space for seminars, workshops, meetings, and programs aimed at strengthening maritime workers and union leadership.

The Workers’ Training Center serves as a hub for education, skills development, and leadership formation. It provides training programs on trade unionism, workers’ rights, occupational safety, and socio-economic issues to empower members and strengthen the labor movement. It is located in ALU Central Visayas Regional Office in Cebu City.
